1. Who we are
Luci Restaurant, 51, Rue Pierre Krier, L-1880 Luxembourg, is responsible (the “data controller”) for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected] · +352 28 20 74 98.
2. What data we collect and why
Table reservations: your name, phone number, email address, the date, time and number of guests, and any notes you add — so we can manage your booking and contact you about it.
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message — so we can answer you.
WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Legal basis
We process this data to handle your booking or request at your initiative, and on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Service providers
Your data is processed on our behalf by: Hostinger (website hosting and database), Zoho Mail (our email service — it notifies our team of new bookings and sends your confirmation email) and Cloudflare (website delivery and security).
5. Third-party content
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps; when it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies. The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
Links to Facebook, Instagram and Tripadvisor take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
6. Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie (luci_sess) that keeps the website working — for example your language choice and the security of our forms. It is deleted when you close your browser. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical security cookies.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep reservation and contact records for as long as necessary to handle your booking or request and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données) — cnpd.public.lu.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
